First we'll need to set up a consultation where we talk over what you're needing. Are you using accounting software, an excel sheet, or paper ledgers? I'll need you to give me access to your records so I can review them and let get back to you with any suggestions I have or a "Great job!". Once we see the status of your current books, let's talk about what your goals are. Are you just needing an expert to review and have on hand for questions? Or are you looking to outsource and hand over the inputting to someone else while you focus on the business?
I break my services into two types based on your needs -- consulting and outsourcing.

You've got a pretty good handle on this bookkeeping thing already! You're looking for someone to review the books regularly to make sure everything is in its right place, and give suggestions for more efficient ways to report. You want to be able to email someone who can look into your books and give a custom, real-time answer to any problems you're having.

Outsourcing
Your business has grown enough that you're ready to hand over the accounting to someone else. A bookkeeper from my team will take over and make sure all income and expenses are inputted on a timely basis. We'll email you reports on a monthly or quarterly basis so that you can keep an eye on your key financial indicators. And I personally review your books regularly to make sure you're on track to meeting your goals.

Payroll Services
Payroll can be a complex issue. Let me help! I can answer your questions and help you set up a payroll schedule, or a member of my team can take over this task for you. Payroll comes with many duties, which can be hard to keep up with for the busy business owner. Our pricing is adjusted up or down depending on how many employees you have, as well as any add ons such as 401(k)s, Accountable Plans or Flexible Spending Arrangements.
